Where do you ship? We currently deliver exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).

How do I track my package? Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link and courier number so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.

2. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered.

Is return shipping free? Yes! We provide Free Return Shipping for all UK returns. We will email you a pre-paid return label once your request is approved.

Are there any restocking fees or final sale items? No. We charge £0 restocking fees, and all products on gotlynx.shop (including Vault releases) are eligible for returns within 30 days.

How long does it take to receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

3. Orders & Products

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? If you need to change your delivery address or cancel an order, please email us immediately at ritiksuri937m@gmail.com or call +44 113 459 2198. Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, modifications are no longer possible.

What if my product arrives damaged or defective? If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and your order details. We will immediately arrange a free replacement or full refund.
