1. Shipping Destinations & Free Shipping

At Gotlynx (gotlynx.shop), we are dedicated to delivering your order quickly, securely, and transparently. We ship exclusively to physical residential and business addresses within the United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).

  • 100% Free Shipping: Every order on gotlynx.shop receives Free Standard Delivery. There are no minimum spend requirements, handling fees, or hidden shipping costs added at checkout.

2. Processing & Delivery Timeline

  • Order Handling/Processing: Orders placed before 5:00 PM GMT (Mon–Fri) are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

  • Standard Transit Time: Once handed over to our shipping partner, delivery takes 3 to 5 business days.

  • Estimated Delivery Window: Most orders arrive within 4 to 7 business days total.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your package leaves our Swansea warehouse, we will email you a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to trace your delivery in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier’s portal.

4. Delivery Address Changes

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately at ritiksuri937m@gmail.com or call +44 113 459 2198. We can modify shipping details prior to order dispatch. Once a parcel is handed over to the carrier, address modifications cannot be made.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

  • Delayed Packages: If your shipment has not arrived within 7 business days post-dispatch, please reach out to us so we can open a courier investigation.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives with damaged packaging or defective items, notify us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will immediately issue a replacement at no cost.
